Dr Stephen Murray is Consultant Cardiologist with special interest in Heart Rhythm problems. He has been working at the tertiary center, Freeman Hospital Newcastle upon Tyne for several years. Dr Stephen Murray is a Council member of the British Heart Rhythm Society, UK specialist body, and a member of the Royal College of Physicians (London) Educational Faculty.

Dr Stephen Murray provides consultations for all types of general cardiology problems especially as he has got excellent experience in dealing with cardiac arrhythmias including;
  • Atrial Fibrillation
  • Supraventricular tachycardia
  • Ventricular Tachycardia
He has got vast experience in performing ablation procedures for heart rhythm disorders. Dr Murray for the first time in Carlisle will be offering treatments for heart rhythm problems so that patients do not have to travel to a tertiary center for such treatments.
