Dr Rajas’ main interests are in diagnosis and management of coronary heart disease.

He is an Interventional Cardiologist at the Sunderland Royal hospital and perform Coronary Angiography, Angioplasty and Stenting. He also has a special interest in Cardiac CT imaging of the coronaries and preventive Cardiology.

Dr Rajas’ Cardiology training was undertaken in the West Midlands region and his sub speciality training in Coronary Intervention was done at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Birmingham.

His General Cardiology interests include management of Hypertension, Chest pain, Breathlessness, Palpitations and Blackouts.
