Treatment at our clinic is available to everyone – whether you choose to use private medical insurance or pay for your treatment yourself.

If you have private medical insurance, you should contact your insurance company prior to your appointment in order to obtain a pre-authorisation code. Please note that, although we will invoice the insurance company directly on your behalf, the ultimate responsibility for payment lies with you and you will therefore be responsible for any shortfall should your insurance company fail to cover the full amount. Please note that prior to all subsequent investigations and consultations you will need to contact your insurance company for confirmation of your entitlement to benefit. If you do not have private medical insurance you will be responsible for all costs incurred as a self-funding patient. Our price list is available on request and is on display in our waiting area.

If you are facing a long wait for the diagnosis and treatment, we can help to get you seen quickly privately at our clinic. Just because you don't have private medical insurance or exclusions are preventing you from using it, you don't have to put your life on hold. You can simply choose to pay for treatment yourself instead. This will help early diagnosis, fast treatment and your choice of consultant and facility. We will provide medical care that fits suits your life, your job and your family and your circumstances. We request that self funding patients settle all accounts on the day of consultation. We have credit card facilities. Patients who obtain letters of guarantee are requested to leave a copy with the PA. Quotations of estimated costs can be given on request.
